What is innovative capability?
By innovative capability we mean the joint ability of an organization and its interest groups to renew and develop successfully. Innovative capability is especially affected by organizational structures and culture, leadership and interaction, individual creativity and capability of change, as we as exploitation of knowledge outside the organization.
